Summer School Through the Bellingham School District

Bellingham Public Schools students who will be in grades 9-12 in fall 2019 are eligible to take summer school courses as applicable to them. High school summer courses will be offered at Options High School with on-site instructional support from teachers from June 24 to August 1. Two sessions are offered, 8:30 to 10 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m, Mondays through Thursdays. Students will need to keep their device and bring it with them to summer school classes.

Summer School at the Northwest Career and Technical Academy

Students entering grades 9-12 can earn .5 elective credit for free in a summer session offered through Northwest Career and Technical Academy (NCTA). A variety of courses are available at the Mount Vernon and Meridian campuses. Space is still available in most programs; students will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. All sessions will run from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
